Rosa Wilkinson, Consultant at Dragon Rouge, will be on the judging panel for this year’s Licensing Award for Best Licensed Marketing Communication Campaign. The award, now in its third year, will be presented to the most creative and effective use of a license in the marketing of another brand or service in the UK. The judges will make their decision on 3 July 2012.
