Inspiring change from within

Healthcare company, Craegmoor supports more than 4,000 people with learning disabilities, mental health illness and complex needs, as well as providing homes for older people. The company had gone through significant change and needed to build a clearer reputation with its very broad audience base – from government and local authorities who commission care to the individuals using their services.

Transforming lives

We carried out extensive research with representatives of each group with a stake in the services Craegmoor provides, as well as the management team. Inspired by the very real commitment to bring out the best in every individual and deliver the best opportunities for them, we were convinced the way to tell their story was direct, warm, personal and highly colourful. We created a brand story around the core idea of making it possible – celebrating the ordinary everyday challenges that represent extraordinary achievements for service users.

Identity, language and striking visual style

The new brand mark is an illustrated ‘C’ made up of the everyday objects that most of us take for granted, but symbolize goals reached for the people Craegmoor serves.  Together with a distinctive tone of voice and vibrant colour palette, the new identity has been rolled out through all Craegmoor’s communications channels to underpin the story of an organisation that transforms lives.
