They play many essential roles, but they are often taken for granted. Tork brand owner SCA wanted to ensure that customers recognised and appreciated the Tork brand more.

It’s all about the customer

The Tork team asked Dragon Rouge to help the brand express itself in a more positive and contemporary way that reflects the brand’s deep understanding of customers’ situations and needs. They wanted to convey their determination to go beyond the norm to deliver better hygiene solutions. Real life photography plays a central role, supported by a vibrant colour palette that reflects the ‘can do’ attitude of the people who represent Tork.

Beyond the ordinary

The brand expression is being applied to all customer touchpoints, helping Tork to create a strong, coherent brand identity that will help build brand awareness and understanding among B2B customers of the sometimes invisible but always important role the brand plays to make their working lives easier, safer and healthier.
